Kleanmail Features

Kleanmail is a cloud-based e-mail validation tool that helps you to cleanse your customer database. It can help you identify the valid and invalid email id’s thus helping you ensure that you send emails only to the right contacts. Not only does this save you the additional costs spent on bounced emails, but more importantly, this effectively saves your domain/IP from being blacklisted by most of the email service providers. This would ultimately increase the chances of your promotional emails landing in your customers’ inboxes.

Using this sample Email verification tool, user can verify his own or any other one single mail id.

Steps to follow

• Go to Kleanmail.com website.
• Observe that there is one field available on top demo button of the website asking to try sample email validator.
• Please enter any one email id (personal or official) and click on ‘Get Result’ button.

• Tool will present the email validation report

Registration process

Using this sample Email verification tool, user can verify his own or any other one single mail id.

Steps to follow for Registration

• Go to Kleanmail.com website.
• There is a My Account button at the top, click on it.After click The customer login pop up will open.

• Click on the sign up here link on customer login popup

• This message will appear after the registration is compete.

Login process

Steps to follow for Login

• Go to Kleanmail.com website.
• There is a My Account button at the top, click on it.After click The customer login pop up will open.

• Tool will show successful Login message and take you to Home page post login.

• Observe that on top row, tool displays Available Credits details, its Plan Validity details, Running Verification Batches.

Login Failure Scenario

• If user enters wrong login Id and/or password, then tool will prompt user message saying, ‘Login ID and Password not matched!’
• Enter correct Login ID & Password and tool will successfully proceed.

Single E-Mail Validation

With this functionality, user can validate only one single Email Id at a time.

• Enter email id and click on Verify button.

• After clicking the verify button, a popup will open. and then Tool will display records count and available credit on popup and then ask permission for proceed.
• If user want to cancel this process, hit the Close button to cancel the current operation.
• Else Click on Proceed Button.

• Tool will display ‘Record Verification Successful’ message after processing.

• Also observe that post processing, tool has updated various info on Dashboard page.
• Tool shows Total records, Processed and Inprocessed records, Batch ID, Status, report and received on date & request completed on date along with the status.
• Now click on the report icon to view Email Verification Report.
• Tool displays Email address Verification Report in a separate window.

• Scroll down to see detailed report with graphs.

• Click on Close to close this Report. Else
• Click on PDF Report to generate report in PDF format.

• PDF report will get saved on your Computer’s default location and it will get opened on screen.

• Click on CSV Report to download Email Verification Report in CSV format.
• Tool will generate CSV report for user.

Bulk E-Mail Validation

With this functionality, user can validate Email Ids in a bulk lot.

• For correct format of data in CSV file, tool has given option to upload Sample File for reference. Click on cloud/Computer/FTP icon.

• Open the downloaded sample file where sample format and few sample records are provided for user to maintain the data for uploading. After Click on cloud/Computer/FTP icon then popup will open as below image.

• Select row and column in table as below image.

• Click on Validate Button.Then popup will and dispalying available credit and records acount.

• Click on Proceed button.Then Tool will display message saying ‘Successfull. You will getnotification after verification complete’.
• Otherwise Click on Close button.

• Tool will display Bulk records in table showing total records,Processed and Inprocessed records, start and end time and reorts and showing completing time of processing records as below image.

• Once the process is complete tool will display status as below report on image.

• Now Click on report icon.

Setting functionality

• Settings functionality area can be accessible from top right corner of the webpage by clicking on this user icon as below image.

• Click on ‘User icon’ and tool will display following three options in drop down menu to choose.

API Key

By using this functionality, user can generate API key.

• Click on Generate API Key button then popup will open and write description then confirm otherwise close.

• If you click on Confirm Button then Tool will display message as below image.
